More than 75 percent of students enrolled at W. L. Bonner College are functioning in full-time ministry and services. Upon graduation from WLBC, many have been elevated to assume higher leadership roles, serving at local state/diocesan, national and international levels. Some graduates in the Pastoral Ministries and Women’s Ministries programs also serve in evangelism and global missions initiatives.

Some graduates have enrolled in master- and doctoral-level programs and are now serving in various market-place ministries.
